Saludos a la comunidad hive, El nombre de mi blog es williamminorta ya que es mi nombre de pila, y siempre me he sentido muy orgulloso tanto del nombre seleccionado por mis padres como el apellido de ellos, razón por la que utilizo este nombre en las redes sociales.
Greetings to the hive community, The name of my blog is williamminorta since it is my first name, and I have always been very proud of both the name selected by my parents and their last name, which is why I use this name in the social networks.
Les cuento un poco sobre mi nombre, soy gemelo y mis padres tenían seleccionado el nombre de mi hermano el cual fue Wilignton, ya que en la década de los 80 había un jugador muy popular en la selección Colombiana de futbol que se llama Wilington Ortiz. Al tener mi hermano ese nombre, adivinen ¿quién tenía que tener un nombre por la W?...pues sí, yo.
I will tell you a little about my name, I am a twin and my parents had selected my brother's name, which was Wilignton, since in the 80's there was a very popular player in the Colombian soccer team called Wilington Ortiz. With my brother having that name, guess who had to have a name from W? ... well yes, me.

Investigando y preguntando llegaron a mi nombre William. El inglés "William" se ha tomado de la lengua anglo-normando y se transmitió a Inglaterra después de la conquista normanda en el siglo II, y pronto se convirtió en el nombre más popular en Inglaterra.
Investigating and asking, they came to my name William. The English "William" has been taken from the Anglo-Norman language and passed down to England after the Norman Conquest in the 2nd century, and soon became the most popular name in England.
Minorta es el apellido de mi papá, este proviene del País vecino Colombia y según mis investigaciones, específicamente de una zona que se llama Teorama ubicado en el Norte de Santander. Mi padre junto a sus hermanos vino en los años 70 para la ciudad de Maracaibo en Venezuela, y somos pocos los que actualmente vivimos en esta ciudad.
Minorta is my father's last name, it comes from the neighboring country Colombia and according to my research, specifically from an area called Teorama located in the North of Santander. My father, along with his brothers, came in the 70s to the city of Maracaibo in Venezuela, and there are few of us who currently live in this city.
