As humans, every day always wants to feel different or want to achieve something more meaningful for life. In that corridor what we need is balance. So, it seems there are two words, namely happiness and welfare, which are the target of humans.
But to use it, there are five keys offered by Anthony Robbins to his book, entitled: "Unlimited Power"
In this social distancing condition, indeed many books have been devoured to broaden my horizons, including Anthony Robbins's book, and now, I am trying to extract his messages. Moga becomes a torch to strengthen our mental, when conditions are often present and make our lives depressed.
His words of wisdom actually attract us to ponder. What's more facing the atmosphere of the plague that we never know when it ends. The phrase that I always remember, is "You are now at a crossroads. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who has really guided you now? Don't think about who you were. Who are you now? Who made you become someone? Make this decision consciously. Make it carefully. Make it strong. Then act on it ".
When we are invited to act, then these are the five keys given to open the door to the warehouse of happiness and prosperity. What is that?
▪The key, first, you must learn to handle despair. Why is this important, because despair can kill dreams. Therefore, Robin's suggestion for that "Life is a gift, and he gives us the privilege, opportunity, and responsibility to return it." full of failure "
▪The Second Key is, you must learn to handle rejection. There is no true success without rejection. The more rejections you have, the more you excel, the more you learn, and the closer you are to your expectations. Of course not a few people who can give ourselves enthusiasm, more inhale, but the interesting message is, "Focus on what you are aiming for, not what you are afraid of" he wrote.
So he wrote again, "The secret to success is learning to use pain and pleasure. Instead of being controlled by pain and pleasure. If you do, you are in control of your life. If not, life will control you."
▪The third key, is, you must learn to deal with the pressures of financial difficulties. This is in my opinion a key that can be experienced by anyone, including me, when you have money, a sense of peace, a healthy spirit and many dreams, and I believe money is a source of health, but try to feel when thinking of many bills that have not paid off, how depressed we are made it. In this aspect the message, which is very inspiring, is "Managing the pressures of financial difficulties means knowing how to get and how to give, knowing how to get it and how to save it.
The advice again is 10% of your income to share with others, or to those who are entitled. So, you have to return what you take, the spirit value is, it can create something meaningful to yourself and others. This is really a message to the world and your subconscious power, that, you are more than enough. That thought will bring you success in your study and it seems meaningful, namely, "All personal breakthroughs begin with a change in trust".
▪The fourth key, you must learn how to handle satisfaction, satisfaction appears when dreams succeed. What is thought can be realized, then you enter into a comfort zone. Remember, comfort can be the body's most devastating emotion. Why is that? Then what happens if someone feels comfortable?
The answer is simple. He will stop growing, stop working. If you feel really comfortable you may stop to develop, stop trying. Remember, if you ride a bicycle uphill if you do not pedal, you stop and you will fall. The message is "We can change our lives. We can do it, have it, and be exactly what we want".
▪The fifth (final) key, always give more than you expect to receive. Life problems arise because people want something first. If you want to give, give the bee first, don't wait. And, don't stop and wait to receive. Like expecting something on earth / land, give me a lot of corn, the earth will say, I can't give it, without you planting seeds first and watching and caring for them well. .
The message, "People have to struggle to get what they want but fighters cannot find without mistakes and failures."
