In order to increase endurance as well as to anticipate contracting the Corona virus (Covid-19) the Laskar bicycle community makes use of exercise time in nature.
One member of Laskar-Irawan said, Routine exercise with sufficient intensity can increase endurance because this is one of our efforts to fight and prevent corona virus.
"We exercise for a minimum duration of 30 minutes to 2 hours,"
The purpose of sports in nature. Irawan said that for the health of the heart and lungs because of getting adequate oxygen supply and certainly be able to exclaim with friends.
"Plus this place is still surrounded by beautiful trees, automatically there will be a lot of oxygen levels and clean air that is inhaled," he said
In addition, cycling while enjoying the surrounding green scenery can also make feelings and minds become calm.
"When playing in nature it's better not to wear a mask, don't we breathe fresh air, except on roads that have a lot of dust," he said
With this Corona virus outbreak should get rid of fear and unite to fight it by maintaining health, fitness and consumption of nutritious foods and prepare masks and hand sanitizers.
"Keep your distance from people and maintain personal hygiene," he concluded.
