Lo más increíble de todo y lo mejor es que cada cuerpo es distinto y la vida nos ofrece rasgos únicos que nos diferencian de las otras personas, por tal motivo, es importante conocernos y cuidarnos físicamente, para esto te recomiendo:
- Tomar suficiente agua
- Comer sano
- Hacer ejercicio
- Tener rutinas de auto-cuidado
- Dormir 8 horas diarias
