La actitud de los blancos conquistadores qué invadieron el continente africano era de imposición y crueldad, ⚔️ quienes se llevaban en sus barcos ⛵ a la mayoría de sus pobladores, los que usaban como objetos a su antojo, y los comercializaban vendiéndolos según sexo, edad, etc.

La creencia, cultura y costumbre de estos provenía de orígenes ancestrales, adorando a dioses los cuales llamaban ☀ “ORISHAS”, que a los ojos de los conquistadores estaban prohibidos pues no pertenecían a ninguna religión, siendo la religión católica ⛪ la única y verdadera para ellos.

Les negaron el derecho de seguir venerando a sus dioses, el derecho de una vida libre sin ataduras, convirtiéndolos así en mal llamados “negros esclavos”, más sin embargo estos a pesar de ser adoctrinados ✝️ a convertirse al “catolicismo”, encontraron la manera de seguir venerando a sus orishas inteligentemente buscando la similitud entre sus dioses y los “santos católicos”(santos de la iglesia).
They were denied the right to continue worshiping their gods, the right to a free life without ties, thus turning them into misnamed "black slaves", but these, despite being indoctrinated ✝️ to convert to "Catholicism", found a way to continue to venerate their orishas intelligently looking for the similarity between their gods and the "catholic saints" (saints of the church).
De esta manera seguían su religión autóctona y los blancos que eran dueños por así decirlo hasta de su respiración, no se daban cuenta y al tener una figura o imagen del santo católico estaban sincretizando en el a su dios u orisha africano.

Estos esclavos africanos fueron extendidos por toda América y en especial por algunos lugares donde se arraigaron con el pasar del tiempo sus creencias. Dependiendo del lugar de origen en africa y el lugar de llegada en este continente estas prácticas religiosas tomaron diferentes matices dividiéndose en ramas con singulares culturas muy interesantes.

Me gustó mucho tu artículo. Sobre todo, porque muestra la cultura de nuestros antepasados africanos, quienes fueron tratados de manera cruel e inhumana por el resto de los pobladores del mundo, y aún existe racismo que puede confirmarlo.
