Holis!
Hello!
Espero de corazón que todos se encuentren muy bien y que hayan pasado un gran fin de semana. El mío fue bien divertido y el motivo porque no fuimos a casa de una amiga con la cual pasamos grandiosos momentos y con la ayuda de todos hicimos una torta para almorzar con refresco. Estábamos en un apartamento y en realidad aún no me explico cómo entraron tantas personas, porque es muy pequeño pero bueno logramos la misión que era hacer la "torta".
I sincerely hope everyone is doing well and had a great weekend. Mine was fun and the reason why we did not go to a friend's house with whom we had a great time and with the help of everyone we made a cake for lunch with soda. We were in an apartment and I still don't really understand how so many people came in, because it is very small but well, we accomplished our mission which was to make the "cake".
Habíamos hecho planes hace algunos días para hacer la torta de irnos a la playa pero La flojera pudo más que nosotros. En esta casa nadie sabe hacer una torta y todos nos estábamos viendo la cara literal, así que nos tocó llamar a mi mamá para que nos explicara y yo la comencé a hacer. La primera fue un caos no se quería cocinar, paso alrededor de 3 horas y se pegó, " no intenten en casa". Y la segunda bueno salió completa y más bonita.
We had made plans a few days ago to make a cake to go to the beach but laziness got the better of us. In this house no one knows how to make a cake and we were all looking at each other's faces, so we had to call my mom to explain it to us and I started making it. The first one was chaos, it didn't want to cook, it took about 3 hours and it stuck, "don't try it at home". And the second one came out complete and prettier.
Mientras se cocinaba la torta nos pusimos a jugar "stop", un juego muy conocido que consiste en mediante una letra buscar ( nombre, apellido, color, cosa, animal, entre otras cosas) fue muy divertido porque aparte de ponernos a pensar nos reímos demasiado. Aquí les dejo un vídeo para que vean a lo que me refiero.
While the cake was baking we started to play "stop", a very well known game that consists of looking for a letter (name, last name, color, thing, animal, among other things) it was a lot of fun because apart from making us think, we laughed a lot. Here is a video so you can see what I mean.
En realidad estoy muy agradecida por las personas que tengo en mi vida y por momentos como estos. Al estar listas las tortas nos sentamos todos a comer y a dialogar, todo estaba demasiado sabroso y para el hambre que ya teníamos aún más.
I am really grateful for the people I have in my life and for moments like these. When the cakes were ready we all sat down to eat and talk, everything was too tasty and for the hunger we already had even more.
Luego de comer nos fuimos a las escaleras y como es de costumbre nos pusimos a grabar tik tok y ninguno quedó bien, pero quedaron buenos recuerdos oh sí.
After lunch we went to the stairs and as usual we started to record tik tok and none of us got it right, but there were good memories oh yes.
Al llegar las 5:00pm nos tocó hacer las despida porque varios se tenían que ir a trabajar , todos nos abrazamos y prometimos volver a reunirnos. Yo espero que sea así, valoro a mis amistades y compartir con ellos hace mi estadía en Venezuela menos difícil.
At 5:00pm we had to say goodbye because several had to go to work, we all hugged each other and promised to meet again. I hope it will be like that, I value my friends and sharing with them makes my stay in Venezuela less difficult.
