According to dictionary, investment is the action or process of investing money for profit.
However, my own definition is quite different, investment is the action taking in order to add values to a person's life, this value will then on the long run become an asset that people will pay to receive a service of from you.
Investment is not necessarily money, however, we cannot dispute the fact that when a person puts money into a calculated organization of business, shares, it is an investment that will bring monetary profit.
What then is the best investment I have made?
Life has lot of lessons and we keep learning them as the day goes by
Growing up I was cumbered with the adage "education is the best legacy*, considering this, the first investment in life was initiated, my parents enrolled me in a nursery and primary school where I was to accumulate knowledge in order to further to secondary education, all in a bid to make me somebody in life.

I was fortunate, they sent me to the university, Obafemi Awolowo University, the best university in Nigeria, I was fortunate, I graduated well with a second class upper in Biology and education, this was my own personal first investment, that I was going to read and graduate awesomly well, which I did.
After school was the time to face real life scenario when I was now believed to be an adult cumbered with load of responsibiliites, I started looking for what value can I add to become somebody in life as it is obvious that education alone is no longer enough to achieve one's dream in the county Nigeria, I started teaching on a part-time basis, teaching here and there.
I cannot be less grateful to Mr Lateef who called on me and took me to the place where I was thought freelancing, how to render services online for people who needs them.
This was the first decision that I made in 2019 that served as my best decision so far in life, as I can work from anywhere.
We then moved on to combining freelancing with network marketing and we choose 'neolife' as the company to work with.
But my best investment was in October 2020 when my family elder brother @adeyemidrey called me and created an hive account for me, I have always love to write my contents with freedom and learn from others and of course with financial attachment.
Joining hiveblog is my best investment as I can see a secured future and lots of communities where I can have friends with like minds and learn new things @GEM also @Foodies bee hive and @amazing nature
