Hola amigos de #hive, quiero compartirles mi rico almuerzo de hoy, muy fácil de hacer, cachama frita acompañada de arepas fritas y ensalada de repollo con zanahoria, acá les comparto los ingredientes que utilice y mi paso a paso.

INGREDIENTES:

HARINA DE MAÍZAl gusto para aderezo del pescado y 1/2 kilo parra las arepas
ACEITE1/2 Litro
VINAGREAl gusto
MAYONESAAl gusto
REPOLLO200 gramos
ZANAHORIA100 gramos
SALAl gusto

INGREDIENTS:

CACHAMA2 KILOS
CORN MEALTo taste for dressing the fish and 1/2 kilo for the arepas
OIL1/2 Liter
VINEGARTo taste
MAYONNAISETo taste
CABBAGE200 grams
CARROT100 grams

PASO 1: Lavo mis cachamas, le agrego sal y luego empanice con harina de maíz.

STEP 1: I wash my cachamas, add salt to it and then breaded with corn flour.

PASO 2: Caliento el sartén con aceite, cuando esté muy caliente, pongo a freír el pescado hasta que se dore.

STEP 2: I heat the pan with oil, when it is very hot, I fry the fish until it is golden brown.

PASO 3: Preparo la masa para las arepas, en una taza le agrego medio litro de agua sal al gusto y el medio kilo de harina de maíz.

STEP 3: I prepare the dough for the arepas, in a cup I add half a liter of water, salt to taste and half a kilo of corn flour.

PASO 4: Una vez listas las arepas, preparo la ensalada, lavo el repollo y la zanahoria con vinagre, pico el repollo rallo la zanahoria, mezclo y le agrego sal y mayonesa al gusto.

STEP 4: Once the arepas are ready, I prepare the salad, wash the cabbage and carrot with vinegar, chop the cabbage, grate the carrot, mix and add salt and mayonnaise to taste.

Una vez listo todo procedo a servir mi plato. Miren como me quedo. NO puede faltar el limón.
