Looks like a nice location for Park Run. I don't think I have ever been up that way. I was in Bedford the other day which is probably the closest I have been.
I am looking to participate in our local Park Run soon, I keep finding excuses for not joining in but will bite the bullet.

I am often in Bedford as I have family there. Their parkrun is nice. This one can be muddy, but someone said it has dried out for now.
It is a fun event and I find it a good way to start the weekend even if I don't run. I've done 6000 steps today already.

The sun has dried out all the footpaths here too. I went out for a run yesterday and it was really nice weather first thing. I can see that helping out is good too, I know a couple of people who help out in local ones here. There are so many Park Runs in London.
