Some macro shots of a beautiful insect with you guys. Its name is jeweled flower mantis, and its scientific name is Creobroter gemmatus.
I discovered it in a garden sitting on a leaf. It was hard to see due to its camouflage skin. When i noticed it i decided to photograph it. So i gently picked up the leaf and tried to take some shots. It was not moving and sitting still on the leaf.
So i managed to get some decent shots of it from different angles. Its one of the unique and gorgeous insect that found in our area. This was my second time i captured this insect. I read on the internet that it is a very cruel insect and eat its prey alive..
