"The years pass, but the memories endure like stars that light up the sky of my memory."

Today is a day of nostalgia. I spent most of the day packing up some things that are no longer used, one of them being my daughter's viola. So I filled myself with beautiful memories, and what better time to take photos to show that side of beautiful memories and also a little nostalgia? And what's better than taking these black and white photos that I like so much

My daughter studied music for more than 5 years, and at that time she chose the viola as her instrument, they were years of great responsibility and perseverance, she is passionate about good music, so she learned a lot during those years and enjoyed them, they were years of preparation and attending many concerts where she was able to participate, so my pride in her was immense, we had the idea, the strong idea that she would be there in the orchestra for a long time, but we had to migrate and reality changed, and although her taste for good music remains intact, she no longer plays the viola, now she is in a different role, she loves science, that's life, that's children, and I am here to accompany and support her, today I clean my daughter's viola and pack it, so I just want to show you the important parts of this beautiful instrument.

❤️🖤
One of the first practices in my daughter's viola lessons was, obviously, learning the parts of the instrument—in this case, the viola—so I remember those afternoons she would practice a lot. She would pick up the viola and, with her little finger, play the parts of her instrument and name them. I remember it like it was yesterday, so I thought it would be nice to take photos of those essential and specific parts of the viola

Scroll, tuning peg, strings, bridge, Fs, bridge, tailpiece, mentorship... over and over again, I repeated it, until I had mastered it at the age of 5, and as time went by I had to memorize other parts, over and over again, I remember.

See you later, dear Viola, thank you for so many beautiful and difficult moments. I promise to cherish you and, in the future, place you in a beautiful place to continue remembering you. Thank you for reading my work and for your support. Thank you so much.
