The scientific name of this insect is Chrysomya megacephala. It comes with a size which is about 12mm.
I Found it in a garden which was actually sitting on a branch of a tree.
When i saw it i decided to take a photo of it. There were a lot of them sitting on that branch. I approached it carefully and tried to take some macro shots of it.
After clicking some shots they all flew away. Then i saw another one sitting nearby branch. I managed to photograph it from different angles with my mobile's macro lens. It's a very beautiful and colourful fly. It bad red head and shining blue body which makes it unique and gorgeous...
