Good morning everyone, how was your night, I hope you all slept well? โค๏ธ Happy new month to you all, ๐ โค๏ธ ๐ ๐ wishing you all good health sound ๐ mind and stability.... One of the efficiency things we need to consider in our lives , is sound mind and good health. Because when we have a sound mind and good health, we achieve greater things, our working capacity increases, our output also increases, there is always a productive aims in what we are doing, good health leads to national development, because when we are healthy, we do great exploits, an unhealthy person cannot work, and when we do not work, they will not be growth of the Nation, and they'll also be a poor management of our natural resources, health is power! A sick person or an unhealthy person is so weak to achieve anything, an unhealthy person is always down and have low self-esteem within themselves, they are always discouraged, sad, loss of appetite, sometimes they may fall into Deep depression. For us to avoid unhealthy States, we are to take very good care of ourselves, practice healthcare hygiene, it's good food, drinking water to prevent diarrhea and typhoid, make sure we always go for medical check up when we feel sick. By doing all those things we are maintaining our health state. Environmental cleanliness also helps us to stay healthy it keeps us in good health condition, because when our environment is where kept clean, it's reduces the chance of the risk of air pollution, water pollution or erosion. The government can prevent erosion, by taking very good care of the road by repairing๐ฃ๏ธ ๐ฃ๏ธ ๐ฃ๏ธ ๐ฃ๏ธ roads .. filling up erosion road ,with sands ... road that is being caused by erosion in order to prevent more erosions from reoccurring .
Government and citizens, uh to work hand in hand in order to achieve environmental hygiene in our countries. Because environmental cleanliness prevent sicknesses and diseases, it's reduces high range of death caused by disease. Because airborne disease can cause a lot of serious damage in the body which may lead to premature death. In order to prevent such from occurring we had to take very care of our environment by keeping its clea and neat always. Poor hygiene, should be avoided by all means we are to practice healthy hygiene, because it's helps alot.

When we are clean, they're is always a inner comfort โบ๏ธ and peace it's gives, clean environment preserve ecosystem and natural resources, it's encourages financial, industrial, economical, and institutional stability of a country.
