​Good Day everyone, how are you all doing today, Good health, is seen as a process by which one is free from sicknesses and germs, a healthy person,is a kind of Person that's is physically and mentally, stable. When one is emotional, physically and mentally unstable, they are unable to function well. This may leads to serious breakdown in the body system. For us to stay comfortable and relaxed, our healthy lifestyle must be considered, for us to stay healthy always, cleanliness is needed daily. Practicing of hygiene and cleaning routine is the best thing we ought to practice or engage on. We practice hygiene living, it's makes sickness and infections to be far from affecting us. Environment that is clean and neat, always releases free air quality. It's makes the environment free from pollution and any toxic smell. Unpleasant smell in the environment is the result of unhygienically living. dirty environment makes one uncomfortable and unsecure. We have to practice The lifestyle of hygiene living. Because it's has a lot of positive beneficials to give.
