Bag in hand let's observe the environment.
I am feeling a little sick today.And the main reason for my illness is constipation.I mean, I have constipation today, which is causing a lot of stomach problems.Constipation is undoubtedly an uncomfortable disease.It seems that the incidence of this disease increases in winter because I notice this disease during winter.However, in winter, it can be caused by various foods because the tendency to gastric increases in winter.
However, I think that digestion decreases a little in winter, and the main reason for this is due to the different types of food.Gastric and constipation occur due to decreased digestive power.So, you have to be a little careful about eating food in winter and avoid outside food.However, many of us drink less water in winter, which can cause this disease.It is much better to eat vegetables than heavy meals in winter.
But maybe this disease has appeared today due to some mistake of mine.Because I drank less water at the beginning of winter, this could be a major reason.We always need to drink more water to keep our body fresh and free from constipation, but we drink less water due to laziness which causes us to suffer from various diseases.There could be other reasons, like I ate some wrong foods at the beginning of winter that my body didn't adjust to.So I'm sitting here this afternoon thinking about these things.
I'm trying to drink water while sitting down because there is no other option than drinking water right now.Besides, I have taken a medicine and I have heard that physical activity can reduce constipation.For example, walking is good at this time.So I thought I needed to do some physical exercise or take a walk this afternoon.So I went out in the afternoon to go for a walk and do some work.Since I am now involved in protecting the planet so I decided to observe the environment in the afternoon.
This afternoon walk will give me physical exercise and allow me to observe the environment.However, I carried a bag with me when I went out for a walk because I might need to clean up the garbage from the environment.Because it is normal for garbage to accumulate in densely populated areas.So in the afternoon, I observed important areas of the environment and found garbage and cleaned it up.There were several cigarette packets in the environment today.
