Our religion has taught us that staying up too late at night leads to a quick death.There are many harmful aspects of staying up too late at night.You must sleep at least six hours every day and if you can't do that, you may have mental problems.Lack of adequate sleep will make your face dark and look dull.Staying up late will reduce your performance.It will lower your immunity.This is one of the causes of mental problems, depression and anxiety.I have found real evidence.

We know that successful people in the world recommend sleeping at least six hours everyday.But the current social media has robbed us of sleep.Nowadays we are doing a lot of harm to our body by staying up too late.In the era of Android mobile phones we are very damaged.We start playing with our mobile phones as soon as we go to bed.Teenagers and girls are the most affected.At a young age they are very addicted to mobile phones and videos.They are also very addicted to games.

See I am a victim myself but I am trying to come out of it now.My anger increased due to staying up at night and I used to misbehave with my family.I heard stories from my father and uncles that in the past they used to fall asleep very early because it wasn't the era of smartphones back then.


In today's smartphone era, young people are causing great harm to their bodies.Only because of smartphones and in this age of the internet we are increasing our mental problems because we stay up late night watching videos on our mobile phones.I am saying this from my own experience, but we have to get out of this.

To stay healthy, we talk about cleaning up trash in this community.To stay healthy we talk about protecting our environment, but to stay healthy you have to follow some more specific rules.Every aspect of life is very important.Of course, to be healthy, we need to remove garbage from the environment around us and also take care of our body.Because if you are sick, you will not be able to do any work.First of all we must remember that health is the greatest wealth.To stay healthy we first need to get enough sleep.Because your brain will be calm after getting enough sleep.But how do we make this possible?

See, it's very simple.If you start watching videos on your mobile phone continuously you won't be able to sleep easily and you will see that the night is slowly getting darker.So you need to create a routine for sleeping.For example, if you want to sleep at 11 pm, then sleep at 11 pm and don't touch your mobile phone from then on.

Remember, to stay healthy, we first need enough sleep and because of enough sleep, our brain will be calm.You can do any work comfortably with a calm brain.To stay healthy, you must calm your brain then to stay healthy, we must keep our environment clean.What you get from good sleep is mental peace.If you have mental peace, you can do any work comfortably so today I have given you these suggestions.I hope many people will benefit from my advice.But of course, let's not forget to protect the environment around us.May your future be bright.
