I can't tell you what you mean by health conscious, but I am conscious about my health in many ways.Health conscious doesn't just mean eating healthy.Yes if you want to have good health and a fit body, the first thing that matters is food.Food is the main ingredient in building health.

However it is important to be more health conscious along with food.I will share with you how I try to maintain my healthy body.To maintain good health, I definitely give importance to healthy food and nutritious food. But to stay healthy you also need to take care of your skin.Yes I am always interested in taking care of my skin.Skin care is an important issue.

To get a healthy body and fresh skin, it is definitely necessary to eat vegetables.If you want to get fresh skin then you definitely need to drink more water.Just as I am conscious about healthy eating similarly I am also conscious about my skin.Of course consuming the food will give you energy and boost your immunity.However it is important to take special care of your skin along with your diet.Skin is our precious asset.

To keep your skin healthy, you should first drink plenty of water and eat colorful vegetables.A variety of fruits and fruit juices will help keep your skin healthy.If you want to keep your skin healthy, you must avoid smoking and all types of alcohol.You must avoid all harmful cosmetics.Cosmetics will only improve your appearance for a short time, but later they will bring harm to you.However some branded face washes can be used.

We know that our life is impossible without some cosmetics, so some branded face washes and soaps can be used.Because face washes and soaps are needed to remove dirt from our body every day.Some fair creams of the required brand can be used and we can use pure Vaseline to keep the lips healthy.However nowadays there are many non-brand cosmetic creams available in the market which are very harmful to our skin, so avoid them.

To keep your skin healthy, you must get enough sleep and not stay up all night.Of course you should be less addicted to mobile phones.So I would advise you that we definitely need food to provide energy to the body and to survive.However along with food, you can keep your skin and body healthy by following some rules.Remember no matter how nutritious the food you eat if you don't have cleanliness inside then that food will be of no use.
