Hope everyone is doing well.I am in a fresh mood today.Actually we all want a healthy life and a fresh mood.However we need to take some initiatives to ensure a healthy life.Let's find out what that initiative is.
For a healthy life you must first be clean.We know that four things are necessary for survival which are food, clothing, shelter, and medicine.Now first of all the food must be free from adulteration and your clothes must be sterile.Then your residence must be free from dampness and garbage.Finally we definitely need medical treatment for the last illness.
But here I want to say one thing and that is that you can take some initiatives to eliminate illness.You can go to the doctor very rarely if you wish.Did you know that with care the body remains 50% better and disease-free?Of course you can try to keep your body healthy.Keeping your body healthy is very easy.Sometimes getting sick is due to our mistakes.For example if we don't wash our hands properly, germs from there will go into our stomach and we will get sick.Therefore you should wash your hands thoroughly after coming home from outside.You should wash both hands thoroughly before eating.Children should be taught cleanliness.Remember that we have a lot of germs on our hands.
If you practice regular hygiene, you will definitely suffer from fewer illnesses.First, ensure the health of yourself and your family. Then, to stay healthy, you must throw your garbage in a specific place. After cleaning your house, you must keep the roads near your house clean because the garbage or plastic accumulated on the roads will create germs and mosquitoes will breed there, from which we will get infected with various fevers.You should never allow plastic to accumulate in the greenery around your home.Any container that holds water should not be thrown into nature.This way you can ensure your health protection.However be sure not to let plastic accumulate in the nature or streets around your home because it will trap water.Mosquitoes will breed in stagnant water and spread throughout our environment.So I always recommend keeping the walkways clean.My goal today was to clean up the plastic from the streets.Today I went out on the streets of our village and picked up the plastics from the environmental road.It was a sunny afternoon, but sometimes the sun went behind the clouds.In this game of hide and seek in the sun, I walked along our environmental road and picked up the plastics.I know that these activities of ours are very important for the planet. We need to continue these activities to create a beautiful planet.So let's keep the streets around us free of garbage to create a beautiful planet and ensure a healthy life.
