Of course, you should not skip meals.In my opinion, you should eat a heavy meal at noon and eat a little less at night.However the best way to lose weight is physical exercise.Anyway, your work in protecting the environment is commendable.

Or take fruits as an option rather than skipping meals. Protecting the environment should be our work not just mine, it would be lovely to see you join this work.
