One thing I have noticed is that the most common illness we have these days is gastric problems.This problem is especially common in me.Stomach problems occur due to gastric.Although it is a common problem but I think it is a serious illness.I suffer from this disease.
However, this gastric problem is most common for one reason and that is from food so everyone should be aware of it.Eating excessively spicy food can cause this gastric problem.Outside food can cause this problem the most.This problem can be exacerbated by outside fast food and fried foods.
Therefore, outside food should be avoided as much as possible and excessively spicy foods should be avoided.But one problem we have is that we can't control the cravings for outside food.Yesterday I eating chicken fries and naan bread from outside and since then I have been having stomach problems.
But now I am using some medicine to get rid of this problem. And to stay free from stomach problems and gastric problems, one should eat some home-made food, the best of which are raw vegetables and boiled vegetables.It is even better to eat papaya.I think eating homemade food is the best way to get rid of stomach problems and gastric issues.
Anyway, I am taking some medicine to get rid of my stomach problem and to get rid of some boredom, I went to the rooftop in the afternoon.I observed the natural environment of the city from the rooftop.There is a garden very close to our building.The garden can be seen from the roof, so I once went down from the roof to the garden.
Since I have no extra work this afternoon, I came down from the roof and entered the garden.I find the views of the garden very beautiful.There are all kinds of beautiful flowers blooming there.There is no alternative to spending time in the garden to rejuvenate the body. However, I cleaned the garden while enjoying its beauty.
Because today I saw some garbage in the garden.I have cleaned the garbage from the garden and stored it in the dustbin at my house and it will be handed over to the City Corporation later.The pictures below show the scene of cleaning garbage from the city's public garden on 26th November.
