I grew up knowing how important it is to keep the environment clean. My dad always made sure of that. He didn’t just tell us to clean; he led by example. Whether it was sweeping the yard or tidying up the living room, he always made an effort to keep things neat.

He often said, “You never know when someone might visit.” For him, it wasn’t just about appearances; it was about being prepared and showing respect to anyone who came around. A clean home, he said, leaves a good impression and shows that we value our space and the people in it.

I remember how he’d make us join him, no matter how small the task. Sometimes we’d complain, but he’d remind us that keeping things clean wasn’t just for others—it was for ourselves too. A clean space feels good to live in, and it’s healthier and more organized.

Now, as an adult, those lessons have stuck with me. Whether it’s my home or the environment around me, I try to keep it clean. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. My dad’s words remind me that a clean environment isn’t just about looks—it’s about respect, care, and responsibility.
