Hello guys good day all, happy new month but bayou all and happy Sunday to you all,welcome to my today's blog,hope you guys went to church today or up spent your day at home...
I woke up today very strong I was happy its finally Sunday and yesterday is not called last week.. after praying morning prayer, i was on my bed with my phone going through some notifications and charts,I almost forgot that I am going to church today..
I give thanks bro God for life and health in the land of the living,it was a good day as always,I went to church today and it was so good,the service was good,but after the service I rushed home cause I was hungry so I have to go home and eat some thing...
I came back took some snacks and start getting prepared to cook,before a friend of mine came visiting,I was so happy cause he was y good friend,so we talked alot for about two hours,and finally he was gone,soni have to go get what to cook.
I cooked and ate,i was filled and happy cause at least I won't cry if hungry again for the main time, although when my friend visited me I was happy so I didn't feel the hunger in me again cause I was happy, happiness is a Good food and medicine to humans..
have you even noticed that when you are happy some certain thing functions in your body like you will breathe easy without you struggle
and you heart well beat good.most time you don't need to buy drugs from the clinic ..you just have to make yourself happy and some sickness goes away..
on the process of the hood day passing I did some cleaning and here are proofs of my today's cleaning
