Exercise which is a means of keeping the body fit and active and it is very necessary that we exercise our body at least 20-30minutes everyday though you can still do more than that depending on what your body can carry some people can exercise for a while hour while some can do more than an hour , i even have a friend that stay in gym house on Saturdays from morning till evening, if you ask him why staying that long he will tell you that is the only day he has in a week to work on his body so he normally uses almost all the whole day, but only on Saturdays..
With exercising of the body you will enjoy your body fitness very well though it involves determination to maintain steady exercise at least twice or more than that in a week.
Sometimes after planning to do so you will see yourself not having strength to maintain it regularly though sometimes it is good to have a coach who with his actions will make you to be serious and very active.
I normally go to road work every Saturday morning as my own part of exercising my body but due to some reason i could not make it today but despite that the road work did not work, i still maintain my Saturday exercise by playing ball this evening with my friends.
Exercise your body regularly because regular exercise helps us a lot especially in maintaining our body's health and well-being.
