Exercise
Exercise is a very good thing.
Exercise which is one of the most wonderful thing our body needs in life to be free , flexible and strong is very good.
It helps in making us been fit and maintain our shape and the most important thing about exercise is that it build/ boost our immunity and make it stronger (our immune system).
Exercise is very beneficial to our body, health and well-being.
Exercising everyday is a good culture and when we master this it will help us a lot. It will help our body in so many ways that will bring good out come with a healthy benefit...
I had my exercise today by having a football training with my friends.
Football which is a of exercise and though it requires a lot of energy to run around the field but it is a very good and a great type of exercise..
Do well to be doing your daily exercise every morning,(do as your body can carry , exercise is not a punishment but is your choice of decision)it is very good and very beneficial to our health..
ENJOY YOUR LIFE AND BUILD UP YOUR BODY IMMUNITY (BODY SYSTEM) BY DOING EXERCISE.
