Hello everyone, welcome to my blog today, it is an amazing day and this new week will be a wonderful and fruitful. Like I said in my last post on Cleanplanet, that I will be write about what happened in my area on Saturday out of ignorance, practice of quack practitioners, and at the same time an adverse Drug effects on human being in Amaogudo Abiriba in Ohafia local government area, this is in Abia State in South East part of Nigeria.
There was a medical outreach that was organize by an association. On Saturday morning people came out to take medications and do some medical check-up, after the reachout that Saturday , most of the people that Participated in the reachout Started reacting to the medications and these people that took the medication was not aware of the reaction and at time goes on, most of them was rush to the hospital one after the other, at first it looking like it was affecting some set of people but when the number of people bringing to the hospital started increase an attention was demanding.
I witnessed this incident for the first time, seeing over 37 individual affected by this medications, they people attending to the patients asked for the medication that they took. When it was brought they are normal medicines and everyone was shock and want to know where the reaction was coming from, and the ministry of health of the state is now involved in the case, the reachout was a collaboration with the Presbyterian church in the village, and this lead to the police arresting the clerk in charge of the church. This was for the people involved in the reachout and the organizers to be available for interrogation.
