Hello everyone, welcome to my blog today on planet.
Exercise is very interesting and very important in our living, most of us work all through the day back to another day without rest and this make them to get tired and weak, most time they start ageing on time.
So it is very necessary for us to engage in exercise one in a while, some persons do go for early morning workout just to maintain fitness, some do visit the gym house ones a week. All these is just to stay fit. Science made us to understand that during non stressnous exercise we burn most fat and by so doing that, we initiate proper blood flow and Healthy cardiovascular system function and other systems in general.
Early this morning, when I woke up I decided to go for morning road work, I have to dress up and I called my friend who asked me to inform him while going, but then when I called him he wasn't ready and have no strength to go for the workout, so I left. I was able to cover a long distance over 10 kilometers and I returned back to my house I freshen up and ate, then prepare for my lectures this morning. Honestly speaking I'm very fit, feel light and healthy. Regular non stressnous exercise is of good benefits to the human body.
