As much as I would have wanted to write about it yesterday, I was too stressed out to even try, which is very unfortunate. Anyway, I am glad that I can now touch on that topic. I had to leave school lessons for preaching work. I am quite certain to say that I was looking forward to doing this kind of work since it had been a considerably long time since I engaged in preaching this month.
During the function, I was sad to learn through social that one child of a family friend has turned into an illegal business. Although this information wasn’t surprising at all, it was a little bit disappointing as he has always been in the wrong company despite all his father’s words. This is a lesson to parents out there: Never wait until it’s too late to start checking your children’s friends. Friends are either the making or the breaking of a person.
After the preaching work, I chose to head over to my best friend, @zeal72. It was so much fun as we were able to have such good conversations and exchange ideas. Nevertheless, as I was moving away from their street, I saw that the place was quite dirty, having a lot of dirts. I could not let it go, so I took a small waste bag that I had nearby and used it to clean up the area. I hate leaving a mess and thus picked up the trash one by one so that the site looked much better than it did before.
This Cleanplanet activity is an example of how I practice cleanliness in my environment, and I hope that with it, others will be inspired to act in keeping their surroundings well.
