Hello friends, how are you all? I hope you are doing well. Welcome to my new post. I will tell you about how much sleep is necessary for us. For some time now, it has been seen that my body has become quite bad. I have a lot of dark circles under my eyes, due to which my body has become very broken. I realized that I am not sleeping.

We understand how beneficial sleep is for the human body at an age. If we do not sleep well at night, then we feel depressed all day long. There are many people who do not sleep at night but they sleep during the day, it is seen that various changes are seen in their body. Especially, many hormonal changes are seen in their body and their physical structure becomes very bad. Again, many people suffer a lot of damage to the brain, which affects their body. Again, sometimes it is seen that if we do not sleep well at night, we get headaches and many migraine problems occur. Working with headaches all day long is quite difficult.

In my opinion, sleep is very necessary for a person to be healthy. The Creator gave us the night to sleep and the day to move around. So we need adequate sleep at night. And during the day we will roam the earth. I hope you will like this post of mine. Thank you all.
