I'm going to start this episode by saying good morning to everyone again. The morning is one of the most crucial times because it marks the start of the day. If you have a horrible morning, your day will be bad. So, start your day with a good breakfast. Avoid eating fatty foods as much as possible in the morning. In addition to consuming nutritious foods, try to walk for at least 20 minutes in the morning; it will improve your day. Eating healthful food in the morning is critical.
You can start your morning with some inexpensive and nutritious food that is highly healthy to your body. You can have a banana and an egg alongside a variety of vegetables. In the morning, you can eat nutritious vegetable-based foods. You can eat white rice alongside a veggie salad. You can eat khichuri with vegetables in the morning for a healthy breakfast. However, I would recommend that you include a banana and an egg with these dishes. An egg and banana in the morning represents strength.
So, after preparing and eating veggie khichuri, I went for a walk this morning. This morning, the temperature suddenly rose significantly, indicating that summer is on its way. However, the sun has not appeared yet this morning, so given the weather, my first goal was to cook khichuri and then go for a walk. So, after consuming these nutritious items in the morning, I took a walk outside in nature. The picture depicts the current weather conditions. Morning is extremely important, therefore do the proper things and consume the right meals to be healthy during this time.
