Good afternoon my fellow friends on hive💖 I hope you all are having a great and amazing and fantastic day and for those that their day is not moving smoothly I say may you all maintain awaiting attitude as it might turn around in your favor or better still tomorrow will be better.
I woke up this morning and decided to go to field service to preach about God's kingdom and to invite people about the memorial of Jesus Death which will happen by 6:30pm-7:30pm on 24th of this month nation wide. Venue:- at any nearby kingdom Hall of Jehovah's witnesses. But before that, I decided to keep my own environment clean and tidy by sweeping and washing including packing of garbages and trash. I went to the invitation call and it was successful by Jehovah's grace I met many people at home. When I came back, I decided to clean some garbages at my neighborhood where I cleared hazardous waste for them which compose of foul odour there by making the cleaning activity uncomfortable for me.
I want to discuss on the topic that says "Diabetes Mellitus".
I'll be using words like Fasting blood sugar F.B.S:-(blood sugar level of an individual early morning when he haven't have anything through the mouth or through the vein)
Random blood sugar R.B.S:- ( one's sugar level when he have eaten for the day)
Glucose:-the end product of carbohydrates food.
Glycogen:-a form in which glucose is stored as animal fat.
Diabetes Mellitus is a disease condition characterize by excessive sugar in the blood or body due to the pancreas not able to produce enough insulin to convert glucose to glycogen and store in the liver as glycogen or animal fat. The liver will now start to push the glucose out from the body through urine .It is also a condition in which the individual's fasting blood sugar (F.B.S.) is above 120g/dl and random blood sugar(R.B.S.) is above 180g/dl. In this case, the patients urine will be sugary in taste and a lot of body fluids will be lost leaving the individual weak and dehydrated. There are many risk factors associated with this disease which I'll be treating in my next cleaning diary activity.
The picture below is the evidence of my cleaning exercise for today.
The foul odour may be due to the fact that people dump leftover food indiscriminately within the vicinity.
Some even go to the extent of throwing away dead farm animals instead of them burrying it. So as to serve as compost that will add to the fertility of the soil.
