This is the first time I'm posting in this community, big thanks to @vickoly and @nwothini335, I didn't even know about the prompt until i saw vickoly's tag.
The prompt is quite very interesting because I can actually relate to the prompt.
Betting always been a thing of serious concern here in Nigeria, After the Emergence of Different Bet Companies, Youth made betting their quick way of Getting rich, which unfortunately doesn't always bring the desired outcome, leaving many of the youths in a state of utter Devastating, Depression and Pain.
My History with bet have really been a very long one, I started playing bets when I was in the University, by then we have different gambling companies including the local lotto (Baba Ijebu lotto), I was always lucky with this but, I just don't know how to forecast it, all I know was that I go around the internet, review different numbers people forecasted and then play my own.

I won a lot of money then including winning a Sure Banker, and 3 direct. But then after some time I loose interest in lotto, I started seeing my friends playing sport bets,
Gambling on Football, tennis, basketball and volleyball. @lensworld introducted me to sport bets, he is very good at playing Lawn tennis and table tennis.
I remember I registered for Nairabet ( one of the oldest betting company in Nigeria). After registration of my account, I funded the account, on the first week of playing, I loosed all my money, same also for the next week,the same happened for the next week, I loosed all the money.
After loosing my hard earned money, I still funded another money, just to try my luck, this also turns out to be very wasteful because I didn't even win back any money, all through that Month I was devastated because of Gambling Greedily.
I actually took a break from it but after some month, I still went ahead to fund the account.
The most painful experience was when collected my salary and I used it to play 2 sure odds.
Then my salary was Ten thousand Naira (#10,000). It was during the time of champions League, Real Madrid was the best team in the world at that moment, they were playing against Wolfsburg, Wolfsburg are team that don't even have reputation in the European football teams. On that fateful day I carried Real Madrid to beat Wolfsburg. To my greatest shock, Wolfsburg beats Real Madrid 2-0, it was a very shocking turn of event.
My Salary of a full month, went down the drain, I couldn't even help it, I started crying uncontrollably like a baby. The last time I really cried because of money was when I was scammed by joining a Ponzi scheme, but this one hits so differently.
In conclusion:
The Aftermath of Losing my Hard earned money made me loose interest in Betting completely. I don't think I would ever do such in future too.
