In the world where we face so many problems on daily and knowing fully well that facing problems are certainly inevitable, meaning it's unhidden. In addition, we need to have it in mind that we can't do without problems but the worst of it overthinking about these problems instead of to proffer solution to the problem. What's actually overthinking? Overthinking is an act of continuously worrying over a particular situation without the intention to proffer solution to the situation.
Overthinking can cause so many health issues and unhealthy situations to the human body most especially the aspect of causing high blood pressure. Not that alone, overthinking can cause some kind of negative thoughts in human when one stresses over a particular situation too much. Meanwhile, there are ways to stop overthinking, one of it which is to feel relax about sny situation no matter how terrible it may sound or look. You can ask as well talk it out with people you feel you trust. And always find quick solution to problem because overthinking can not in any way solve problems.
