I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.
As Human, we are likely filled with activities almost everyday like every other day. Human life is full of activities, there's no day that we won't engage in one or two activities even if it's a minimal one and when we are engaged in these activities, there's something bound to happen, sweat! Sweating is another ways that we pass out waste products from our body and when this happen, there's should be certain on how to get rid of this sweat from our skin because failure to do that after working and sweating, we are just literally in inviting germs towards ourselves.
One of the ways to get rid of sweat from our body is by taking at least short bath. It could be warm or fairly cold water, it's good to wash the sweat off from our skin. If you are someone who sweat at any activity, taking short bath should be your priority in order to keep up with clean hygiene. An unhygienic lifestyle is surely driven towards germs which might be dangerous to our health. Normally, i practice what I preach, even if do small amount of activity I must try as much as possible to bath to wash the sweat off.
