As a female child, I wasn't opportune to participate in any sport while I was young, even while in elementary school, where we had several extracurricular activities, I excluded myself from participating. I don't think I have any reason. Probably, I don't just have a passion for things like that. That was me while growing up, In my teenage years, I began developing an interest in football and wished I could be a footballer. At some point, discouragement set in, and I was told I didn't know what I wanted to become because then I was hammering on becoming a medical doctor before I shifted my attention to being a footballer, which made my parents not believe me.
In the long run, I let go of my dream of becoming a footballer and just enjoy life as it comes. I do watch a variety of sports, but choosing a favorite is a bit difficult because there are two sports that I enjoy watching at any time. I will just talk about the two. Football is a sport I developed an interest in while I was a teenager. My father, who is a Chelsea fan, always makes me want to watch football because I like the color blue, while my mother is a Manchester United fan. I love these two clubs' rivalry and how my parents take it personally anytime these two clubs are playing against each other or any other clubs. Because my father is a Chelsea fan, I chose to take sides with him, so I do call myself a Chelsea fan by birth. Watching football with him anytime Chelsea is playing grew interest in me. I love the way they celebrate whenever they win and the counter between my mom and dad always makes it interesting to watch.
Apart from supporting Chelsea, I also like it when my country's teams are playing, be it the national team or the under. Football arose the patriotic citizen in me; no matter the situation of the country, whenever the teams are playing, everyone tends to forget their sorrows and support them wholeheartedly. Football preaches unity and that's one lesson I've learnt from this sport. I once dated a guy who is a Chelsea fan, and whenever he wasn't around to watch his team play, I always watched on his behalf and gave him the highlight of the game. This made me know the names of some of the players then. I enjoyed watching football because of the interest I had in it, even when I couldn't be a footballer, being happy for their victory is all that matters. Believe me, the joy of being victorious hits differently.
Another sport that I enjoy watching, and I can say it's my second favorite sport, is wrestling. I hope you see me when I'm watching wrestling, especially if it happens to be my favorite wrestlers wrestling. My love for wrestling was ignited by my dad. Growing up during the era of DVD, he bought the disc of every WWE event, and this is around the year because WWE has each event stipulated for each month. We will sit with my dad to watch and hail our favorites and give them our full support as if we are present in the ring with them. I remember in 2018 when one of my favorite wrestlers announced on Monday Night Raw that he had leukemia. I couldn't hold back my tears, I was weeping and wishing him a quick recovery as if we were spending his salary together, but then he is my favorite after all. Football and wrestling are my favorite sports. I don't know if my preference can change later in the future, but I will stick with these two for now and enjoy the wins.

Wow!! I love this
You're right when you said.. whenever a team is playing, everyone tends to forget their problem and just enjoy the game. Football brings people from different backgrounds together.
So my question is...how do you and your dad feel whenever Manchester United win against Chelsea? Smiles
Lolz, we just mind our business cos mom do go too far with the jubilation
Lolz...it's funny
If it's me.. I will just say..no food today 😂😂
That's why it's very important to eat before any game.
