Of All My Favorite Sporting Games, I prefer Cycling And Swimming

For recreational purposes, I enjoys many sporting games. With my friends, we played football as it's the king of all sporting events. It attracts huge spectators and more players, who are ready to show their strength, endurance levels and creativity. I enjoyed playing with @fokusnow in our team while in school because he is a good wingers. With great speed and pace, he can bypass any defense and offer a great pass which will result to our wins.

Although the joy of football, it's equipment and huge interest are good, I still have reservations over it. Injuries occurs easily especially of its competitive and combative nature. I prefer more safely game - cycling. This is a great game that have wonderful impact and benefits. It improves muscular coordination, visions and aerobic activities. It ranked best among the various sports, I enjoys.

Becoming a professional cycler is never easy. Training on improving balancing, speed and handling of the bicycle needs time and great effort. In training, we have great facilities in our local stadium where we become members to enjoy this government owned facility and equipment. It's very spacious and experienced coaches of many years in cycling are available for our growth. For example, Late Mr. Asiegbu a wonderful cycler that have represented our nations for glory and awards, always available for our trainings and exciting playing moments.

Although injuries sustained when I had motor accident cut short my dreams of becoming a world known cycler and award. After my recoveries and years of depression, I began to swim. Swimming is a perfect games for chubby people. Having spent some time while receiving treatments for the injuries sustained, I added some weight and fat. In order to keep fit and not getting injured again, I started to swim with my friends in a controlled and highly supervised public swimming pool in my area.

Swimming gave me an ample opportunity of expressing myself while getting fit. To this level and for recreational purposes, it's never competitive and combating as everyone knows their limits and never compare with others. For example, good swimmer no matter their size and age can propel themselves across the various levels of water in the pool. But for safety reasons, I concentrate on the beginner levels with assistance of water tubes for buoyancy while enjoying the game.

Finally

Sporting events have great impact and benefits. Every player have the liberty to enjoy the various form of sports. I had the opportunities for many games, but enjoys the two mentioned above. Such games have kept me fit and improved my health. Also a means of escaping anxieties and depression even when I was recuperating. Games is for life but obeying the rules is very important.
