Good day everyone, I believe we are all strong and healthy. I'm happy to be a member of this wonderful planet. And knowing that 'health is wealth', I have decided to educate us today about how to live a healthy life.
Firstly I want to start with our living environment.
HOW CLEAN IS OUR HOMES?
As a point of fact most people don't keep their homes clean forgetting that dirt attracts demons and all sort of evil spirits. Because these spirits derives joy dwelling in dirty environment and unkempt places.
Secondly I want to emphasize on our surroundings.
Most people don't like tidying the surroundings of their homes due to laziness and sometimes the might use the phrase ' I didn't have chance', just in other to cover up for their laziness. But mind you dirty environment can lead to many unhealthy issues such as:
- Sickness(Malaria): this is mostly caused by mosquito bites. 🦟
It is one of the life threatening diseases which have also led to death of many children. - Snake bites: this can occur when our surroundings is not clean , especially when there are bushes around. And it is very dangerous.
Lastly but not the Least I want to talk about our personal wears especially our underwear s such as our panties, bras and boxer's. It is very important that we change our panties regularly after taking our bath. Because wet panties causes infection and also dirty clothing's can lead to body odor. And when it becomes a habit it makes one to develop an offensive body odor, which is unhealthy.
MY ADVICE!
I will advice everyone of us who has taking time to read this context of mine, to try as much as possible to keep his or her home, environment, surroundings clean even as we are carrying out our clean planet activities.
