One thing I noticed in 2025 is that this year the winter was very mild, meaning there was less cold.Compared to last year, this year the winter was milder. It was quite cold at the beginning of the year but it was very cold for only two to three days.We have entered the spring season and with the onset of spring, our region became quite warm and we thought that winter was gone and would not come again.
But for the last two days, we have been feeling cold again.This cold of the spring season can bring illness so we have to be careful.I did not go for a walk in the morning for the last two days due to the cold in the morning but today I walked in the sunlight.Today I had some different decisions.Since I always try to walk in the morning to stay free from future diabetes, sometimes I change my decision a little.Today my decision was to visit a natural area in the sunlight.
The only purpose of walking in the sunlight today was to get some physical change because sometimes the sunlight feels good.Sometimes we can get sick due to the change in weather, so we should be careful.I think sunlight is beneficial for us in this spring season.It is better to be careful before getting sick in any season.I always try to be health conscious because health is wealth.If you are sick then you will not be able to do any work so take care of your body first.This sunshine is very good for our health and walking outside regularly is even better for our health, so I always try to walk.If you walk in nature, you will feel better.I always prefer to walk in a quiet environment.Even if I walk on city streets, I choose the morning.
My target is to clean the polluted garbage from our nature and environment while walking.I clean the polluted garbage lying around while walking through any area of the city or village.First of all, we have to start the clean campaign from our environment because we live in the environment.To be healthy, we have to remove all the polluted garbage from an environment.After cleaning the environment, we must clear the garbage from the public places and roads around us.Natural areas should always be kept free of garbage because a natural area is our beauty.Sometimes natural areas need to be visited and trash needs to be cleaned up.
For example today I cleaned up trash from natural areas.We see the most natural places in rural areas.So today my goal was to walk through the rural area in the sunshine.My goal today was to walk through the natural areas of the village.But I decided at the beginning that I would walk through the natural areas and clean the garbage.The natural areas of the village are very beautiful and peaceful.Our country is beautiful today because of the natural areas of the village.Because of the nature of the village, we can take in healthy oxygen and we feel healthy air from there.
So we have to protect our natural areas on our own responsibility.Today I have cleaned the plastic waste stuck in the beauty of the natural area in this sunlight, which I shared with you.The pictures shared below bear witness to the cleaning of garbage from the natural area on March 7th.

It is very important to run such campaigns in the village because there is no one to clean the garbage in the village.
