Poverty is a terrible curse in today's world and those who suffer from poverty spend their days in extreme despair.Nobody likes a poor person and this is proven by me.A poor person gets into debt to save his family and when he cannot repay this debt he is in extreme disappointment.
Today I will tell the story of my disappointment.
We have a small family with two children and my husband.After my marriage, my husband was unemployed for a long time and could not earn an income so we lived very hard.At that time, my husband tried to earn some money by going door to door and tutoring.We once suffered from extreme poverty.Even after we had two children, we could not escape poverty and poverty consumed us even more.We tried hard to escape that poverty and my husband tried hard to get a job.Around the 90s, my husband got a job after a lot of hard work and we came to the city and started living in rented accommodation.
Even though my husband arranged for a job, we could not get out of poverty because he did not get a monthly salary job.My husband could earn some money through daily work and sometimes he did not earn anything.It was very difficult for him to earn money.We were living very hard with my two children and I was trying to work myself.At one point we took a loan from an NGO and thought about starting some business.But in the beginning, we got very little loan, so we couldn't do anything with that money.In a world of poverty, even if we get some money, it gets spent.Our money was spent then.
However, our family continued to function and my husband kept his job.It took us a long time to get out of that poverty.From 2000 to 2010, we were suffering from continuous poverty.Since 2010 my husband's income has increased and we have started to become prosperous.Living in the city has brought us to know many people.In 2015-16, we took the initiative to do a business on a share basis with a woman businesswoman, and that woman's name was Shilpi.Shilpi demanded 3 lakh taka from us to become a partner in some percentage of her business.But we agreed to pay that three lakh taka to become prosperous and we took out a bank loan.Through the bank loan, we handed over three lakh taka to the Shilpi.Three lakh taka is a lot for us.But we arranged for this three lakh taka in the hope of being better off and handed it over to him.He took money not only from us but also from two or three others.After taking the money, he could not be found and finally he was really not found.He went somewhere far away with his children and till today we locals have not found him.My husband and I were in extreme despair when he left because we had to pay off the bank loan.
To be honest it is now 2025 and there is still no trace of that Shilpi.At that time we had a lot of trouble paying three lakh taka and we spent our days in extreme disappointment.The bank people came and got very angry with us and asked us to pay off the loan quickly.I was especially depressed because of the pressure of that loan and it was a very difficult time.But we took a long time to pay off that debt.We had a lot of trouble paying that debt and we faced many problems again. But till today there is no trace of that Shilpi.We are still searching for him and we will not forgive him because he has caused us a lot of trouble.Even if we don't find him God will judge him.This was my disappointing story.But now we want to get out of our disappointment and spend our days happily with our husband and children.
Anyway I try to walk outside regularly because I believe that walking keeps my body fit.I regularly try to clean the environment through walking which is evident in the pictures below even today.
