Today is Tuesday, and like every other day, I continued my routine of combining fitness with care for the environment. After an invigorating workout session, I grabbed my waste bag and headed out to clean the streets. It’s become part of my daily practice—a way to give back to the community and ensure the spaces I use remain clean and welcoming.
As I walked, I picked up litter—discarded wrappers, bottles, and other waste scattered along the road. Each item felt like a reminder of the impact we have on our surroundings and the responsibility we share to protect them. It’s not always easy, but it’s fulfilling. By the time I returned home, my waste bag was full, a small victory in my ongoing effort to make a difference.
Once inside, I carefully disposed of the bag into the yellow basket in my kitchen, where I sort waste for proper disposal.

This simple act of cleaning has become more than a habit—it’s a daily commitment to my environment and a reflection of my values. Every day, I remind myself that even the smallest actions can inspire change. Together, we can all make a difference, one step and one piece of litter at a time.
