One of the farms that we loved so much and wanted to purchase (I shared about it before) sold out, which was pretty discouraging, but we couldn't buy it yet, since we are waiting to sell our beach lot first in order to buy a farm or start a business.
But we have also found few other amazing properties, which I am sharing with you. This property is absolutely amazing and still within Santa Ana area, which is perfect.
This land has few births of water and amazing black dirt. It has 15 manzanas, which is almost 30 acres.
There is a little problem with the papers, but I don't really want to get into details, but the owner is super nice and cooperative and is willing to help us with his knowledge and even his tractors.
He doesn't want to sell this property because it's his favorite property, but he is sick now with diabetes and he is in need of the money, so he has no choice.
When we saw the property for the first time, we loved it, mostly because it was all ready and prepated for planting and it has water, which is the most important thing.
But again, we are still waiting for our beach to sell in order to buy any land.
We walked the whole land and we were very, very impressed.
It had grass areas which are perfect for the cows. This area also has the big tall grass for the cows ( not sure what it's called) which the owner sells.
There even is a big house on yhe property where the people who take care of the property live. It is an old house, but very well build and it will last for a very, very long time. We would just have to fix it quie a bit if we want to live there, and eventually build a new house later on.
I know the house looks pretty old and scary, but it's build very well and it has double roofing, the laminate so that the water doesn't go through and the real old style caja, which keeps the house very cool, which is very important. So you can turn this into a beautiful house, if we choose to do so, or just leave it for the people who take cars of it, so that's also a bonus
The property also has quite few of the mango, banana, coconut and mora trees, which is always a bonus.
Hope that you liked our walk in this beautiful farm land which hopefully could be our soon, but only God knows, which land or business is right for us, so we need to be patient.
We have also seen two more properties, which I will share with you soon. They all have something really nice and something that is not so nice and of course we need to decide the differences between the prices, the quality of dirt, if it has water, the location etc. So many things to think of that makes yhe decision pretty hard, but this property is definitely our favorite.

Yes. There is nothing more we can do, but to wait patiently on God, because if we don't get this land, it's because God has something better for us in store and we trust Him completely.
