I always look and search for natural ways to take care of my and my families health and that includes how I grow my fruit and veggies in my backyard/ garden.
I found a very easy, cheep but very effective fertilizer for my plants, which is made of organic banana peels, which is really a very cheep to no cost for me fertilizer, since we grow our own bananas on our backyard, but we don't have bananas that are ripe all the time, so we also buy them, for a very good price, here in El Salvador.
This was a great opportunity for me to try making this fertilizer, since I just made a banana shake, so I had bunch of banana peels for me to use.
I cut the banana peels into smaller pieces and I put them in a container filled with water for at least 3 days so that tge water absorbs all the nutrients from the banana peels.
Cover the container with a lid.
After 3-4 days, I checked the fertilizer, which looked like the water did absorb the nutrients, by the look of the color of the water. You can also leave the banana peels fermenting up to 7 days.
I strained all the banana peels and watered my plants with the banana peel fertilizer, which did not have any smell to it and it wasn't gooey or anything like that.
It felt really good watering my plants with a natural, non toxic fertilizer.
You can water the plants once a week with this fertilizer.
This fertilizer is great in helping with the blooming. It also contains calcium, which adds oxygen to the toots and it also promotes root growth.
It also contains magnesium which promotes strong roots and also repel pests.
Do not store the fertilizer for more than one day. Try to use it all at once.
Thank you for stopping by, and for your support. It's greatly appreciated.
