Brooding stages (Day 4)

Hi fellas here is my brooding day 4 activities with (Antibiotics and Vitamin). I checked round to see how the pullet are doing,and I see they are all doing fine,they are not crowded at one side,they are evenly spread and this shows that the temperature of the brooding house is at normal for them. So after checking round ,I removed their drinker for washing so that I can prepare another medication for them ,for now am preventing them with (Doxygen and Vitaminolyte). So I serve them feed pending the time I will be through with their medicated water . Yes,we had six(6) mortality and what I can notice concerning this is that,the chicks are too stressed up while bringing them ,so there are some that are unable to stand on their feet . I have one in the picture here that I culled out for treatment because if I had to leave it with them ,the rest will definitely march on it because of it disability.
