Hello Hivers ๐๐,
How Do You Test And Know If A Maize ๐ฝ๐ฝ Is Fully Matured?
- There are some specific plant or crop that can be tested if they are fully matured or not I don't know about scientifically proof but practically speaking I do know how to test a mains if it's fully matured or not without tearing the maize coat apart and see if it is matured or not. Back in the days when we were growing up even though things were very hard at that moment because I always go to the farm three or four times in a week with my late dad and we are going to work a earnestly from 8:00 in the morning till 4 p.m. and before we reach our own destination it would have clock 6: 00pm or 7:00pm. So when you are talking about some plant or crop I know more about it practically speaking although I might be very small but I know exactly what I'm doing.
On this particular test, it is easy and it is not easy at the same time because you need to practically feel the maize from the stock and also feel it inside till you reach the innermost part of the corn ๐ฝ๐ฝ by so doing you will actually know if it is Half matured or fully matured. Why I said it is not easy is that whenever you feel a Milky pop with your hand that means it is not fully matured. so you need to practicalize it more than 5 to 10 times before you get it right or even more.
- This is the first test on how to fill a no if a corn or maize is fully matured ( feeling )
The second method to know if a maize corn ๐ฝ๐ฝ is fully matured or not is by checking out the maize top hairy part. This will actually give a farmer a very 50/50 chance of knowing if the Maize is half matured or not. If the hairy part of the corn ๐ฝ๐ฝ still look so wet this means that it is not even half matured at all. But when they hairy part of the maize seems very dry this means that the corn ๐ฝ๐ฝ is totally matured and ready for harvest.

If you're already an expert of it, no need to open the corn right, you'll just know if it is matured or not thru scrutinizing using your eyes.
Hahahaha. Nope. You can't know it just mere your eyes. You need to feel it right with your fingers tight and pause for few minutes then you will be able to determine it yourself...
The maize is looking fresh and tasty man. I can imagine the taste either boiled fresh or roasted with the ears on (leaves on the body). To make even better, maybe some coconut or palm kernel nuts to go with it. ๐ฝ ๐.
Hahahahaha. That's what's up Big Brother.... I give you this ๐๐๐. Now you are talking Big Brother ๐ช. I could remember when I was very young even uptill now. I still go for the roasted corn with the leaves on it slightly and also boiled corn. OMG ๐. Very sweet and delicious with Walnut too. The combination is so awesome..... Thanks Big Brother ๐
