Bitter leaf has a lot of benefits when it comes to good health,it can be used in many ways and forms.The leaf can be chew raw,you can boil water and pour it on the dry life to soak for 10-15 minutes,it can also be used to cook soup.
Yes you can chew the bitter leaf,Its actually harmless.Most human being thinks eating raw leaf are meant for animals only,But its different in some cases like water leaf.The boiling process, after the soaking of 10-15 minutes then you drink the water.The leaf is also used to cook vegetable soup and can be added to egusi soup.
