Today is a special day for me, I was given the task of doing research on traditional markets, this is a task given to me from the office, so far I have never done this I think this is one of the challenges and new experiences for me need a lot adaptation to do this.
Since this was the first time I had a task I tried to take it seriously and started interacting with the traders as best I could. Because I don't want when I do this task the first time it's all messed up. I started as a trader in a permanent shop. I started interacting and asking about the sales constraints and the products he marketed. From how the buyer's response and buyer's interest in meeting their needs.
This trader is very enthusiastic because he knows that I am from the office to do field surveys, he provides information about all current market conditions, where consumers are very satisfied with the goods produced by my company. Even though there are obstacles, they are not significant. There are still many consumers who are satisfied with the goods and the quality of the goods we produce. I was relieved to hear that directly from the dealer.
Then I continued my journey to another shophouse, there I met other traders, here my position is as a person who offers goods, so in other words I want to invite traders to sell my products. At first, the seller had doubts about my product. However, after I explained the use and function of the product I gave, finally the merchant was willing to stock my goods, this was very satisfying for me. Where I am able to complete the tasks given by my company well. Hopefully with what I'm doing now will make my company more advanced and growing, with consistent performance I'm sure nothing is impossible as long as we always try tirelessly.
To me this the process in which a result can be achieved because this is the right method to achieve the main aim of the program.i encourage all the marketing company to emulate this method for a better result.
