My today challenge was good and fun to me because am not bored and also productive not like the past two days ,I mean weekend
I wake up by 3 o'clock to prepare food for sahur ,you know we are still in the month of Ramadan ,I had to fast as the obedient servant of God,I finish cooking by 4 o'clock and I eat my food by 4:30 am .
I slept back after I finish eating my food ,and later wake up by 6 o'clock to pray my morning prayer called subuhi ,after praying is time for me to prepare for today lecture
I brush my teeth take my bath ,went to class to receive lecture ,my first lecture today start by 7 o'clock and we were thought hypothesis testing ,that topic is little complex and hard to understand ,but I still gain some even if it's not all , the class end by 9 o'clock am
I came back home because my next class is by 1 o'clock which means they is still enough time for me to rest ,so I came back home to sleep , when it's time for second lecture ,went to class to receive lecture ,
The lecture did not come early so we had to wait for him ,he teach us history of commercial banking system in Nigeria, where he mention when the first bank in was established ,that is 1874 and the name of the (bank is bank of British of West Africa) which later change to (first bank of Nigeria plc)
And the second bank that was established in Nigeria was in 1917 and it is call (barclays bank ) now later change to (Union bank plc).I learn alot about the history of banking system in Nigeria

He mention first indigenous in Nigeria because the two first I mention where own by the foreigners ,which as many disadvantage to Nigeria citizen , because the bank does not promote enterprises ,it favor the foreigners,indigen can hardly get loan
This is what that lead to the establishment the indigenous bank in Nigeria and the first indigenous bank in Nigeria came to existence in 1929 ,one of the bank (agbumagbe bank )which is now called wema bank
I gain alot today and today was productive even tho I did not open any trade today ,may be I will trade some pairs tomorrow,this is what I can say about my day , thanks for this challenge
Its really good to know that you attended the lectures and learnt commercial banking. So good to know about first bank of nigeris and wema bank being called barclays initially. Keep posting finance related content
