The more we create expectations about someone or something, the more we suffer frustrated that something actually didn't happen as it should.
Whatever has to happen, but never create expectations in people, try to have your own balance, this however is the great secret to not get frustrated. Don't be fooled by anyone, none of the people will change just and simply to please you.
Learn to accept differences, and fill your needs with yourself, with your attitudes, reflect a lot on your life, and make your choices. No one but yourself who can make yourself happy and be happy... you need to depend only on yourself.
Anyone who decides to live a life of expectations lives frustrated because no one cares if you're okay or not. Expectations make you lose yourself in time, because they are like blindfolds on our eyes, which prevent us from seeing the situation in its entirety and can hinder our growth and ability to maintain healthy relationships, and with that we are sadder and have no way out.

This is totally true, a lot of people have there hope on someone else expecting to be provided for.
I just hope people will depend more on there selve, they will realize what they are capable of achieving.
We are happier when we depend on ourselves, depending on others is always a failure in sight.

Quite agree with you. People are bound to disappoint. Placing expectations on others blinds the possibility of what we can accomplish on our own. I'd rather fail and learn in the process than rely on another
