The fact still remains. When you work for someone, you have to keep swallowing bitter pills as far as you want to keep the job.
Many employers feel they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you work with them. They feel it's a must you dance to their own tune. But that shouldn't be. We should be treated right, we are humans.
They best way to enjoy any job is to be the boss of your own. That's my ideology.
