Vegetables are very important for our health.I like to eat fried vegetables. So, often my mother cooked some vegetables and also fried it.
Today, in our lunch food, I fried vegetables and it was Sasindha, which is a healthy food. Here's the recipe of this fried vegetables.
Sasindha fry.
Ingredients: -
- Sasindha
- Potatoes
- Pepper
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Garlic
- Turmeric powder
- Chili powder
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation: -
First I cut sasindha and potatoes. Then I washed them and left.
I chopped onion, chilli and tomato.
I put a pan in the oven and gave some oil for frying.
When the oil is hot, I put onion and chilli powder in it. After lightly frying, I gave it with chopped sasindha and potatoes.
I put turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and garlic paste on it. I continued to shake well with the help of a pickaxe.
So that it does not stick to the pan. I continued to cook, stirring well. I cooked in the oven with medium flow, because I will not use any water in this frying, I will just fry in oil, so I cooked medium flow .
After 15-20 minutes, when they were cooked well, I took them off the stove.
Then, I served this in a bowl. This dish was our today's lunch menu. It was really a tasty and healthy food.
