0: Dull (A post that does not invoke any emotional response i.e. happiness, nostalgia, sadness, etc)
1: Average (A mildly entertaining post. There is some conscious effort to make the post interesting either through pictorial representation or storytelling)
2: Brilliant (A very sensual post that engages the audience senses; invokes strong emotional responses)
2: There may be formatting issues in the article that distracts the reader, but it is minimal. Examples: Pasting website links within a passage without using markdown language, large passages of text which overwhelm the reader (this includes articles with sufficient spacing between text bodies).
-1: Overwhelming Text (The article has large segments of text which overwhelm the reader)
-1: Convoluted (The article confuses the reader with multiple perspectives)
-1: Unnecessary Mixture (The article mixes multiple elements of artistry and information with little substance or sense)

Contest Guidelines
We have a new word each week that community members can share their thoughts about in a post.
Any form of content is encouraged, whether short or long-form writing, poetic, artistic, music or voice, or any other method you can develop.
The guidelines for entry to the contest are as follows;
- The post must be made on the proofofbrain.io front-end
- The post must have the pob-wotw tag added to it
- Entries must be posted before 00:00 UTC on 25/07/21
- Posts must clearly demonstrate what the weekly word is
- Posts shared for the following week will be disqualified if published before winners are called for the current week
- Repeat use of the #pob-wotw tag will result in disqualification, one post only

This week, I have nothing notable to say except that myself, @shubhwaj, and @revise.pob have discussed a shorter duration for season two. This will likely be seven weeks long with a one week break for the results and downtime (need to give our brains a break every now and then!).
Also, authors who are disqualified for tag spamming will still have their posts related to the word graded. This will show up on the leaderboard for now but it will be adjusted so the points aren't added to the season totals. This affected @crismanto and @ageste's scores this week.
Anyway, time to zoom off. Keep up the quality, and don't forget that consistency is the aim of the game. Enjoy the week ahead.

Many congratulations to all the winners and participants. Engagement has definitely racked up much more than before. Which is a good sign for wotw. I hope this keeps on just growing and making people stretch their thinking horizons and providing an opportunity to hone their craft.

I'm glad to hear that. There is extra feedback on the public sheet from time to time for extra thoughts. When we get more settled into the grading and some more tweaking is done to improve the process, we will likely increase the level of feedback shared.

You are setting the bar high @alekst7 and I love it! :-) The level of engagement is also fantastic in this WOTW contest. Tonight, I'll be enjoying reading through more Eureka! moments as I didn't get the chance to do much curation and reading this week; feeling a bit deprived lol. I have opened my NFT and it is B-eautiful! So excited, and so pleased that my characters took me on the journey that they did :-)
